Order Change & Cancellation Policy

All stock order information can be freely changed and cancelled within 24 hours; Once beyond that time, some handling fee will be charged.
All custom orders can change detailed information and be cancelled freely within 48 hours once placing the custom order.
A 30% handling fee will be deducted off the total for the change or cancellation of custom wigs after 48 hours.
