What wigs can be exchanged?
ONLY eligible wigs (Including no lace cut, no damage, unwashed, no hair cut, no hair dye, etc) can be exchange/returned.If you want to exchange/return, please contact us in 7 days once receiving goods, which means your return/ exchange request is gladly received.
Return & exchange process
Please contact our Myfirstwig service representatives within 7 days of receipt of your wig via email.

Please indicate the reason or reasons you want to exchange or return your wig, please attach any applicable pictures.
Our customer service representatives will process your return/exchange request within 1-2 business days. (except for holidays and vacations) After the return/exchange request has been authorized, our customer service will send you a Return &Exchange address to send your unit to.
Please ship wig back to the address we provide you, please include the order number. You're also responsible for the return shipping charge, which is about $8-$12 for U.S. customers.
*We DO NOT accept the return packages without our Return Authorization.
*We DO NOT accept the return packages by freight collect.
For customers outside of the US, we suggest you ship your package by postal express, which will be a little cheaper than FedEx, Ups, DHL and etc.
1. Customers can enjoy one time free exchange(Return postage is on buyer). Any price difference of the exchange wig should be paid by customers.
2. 10% handling fee for the 2nd exchange. 15% handling fee for the 3rd exchange. More than 3 times’ exchange request is not accepted.
3. Products must be returned to us within 7 days from the day it was authorized for an exchange. After 7 days we will assume that the product is satisfactory and no exchange is necessary.
*For those self-return or self-exchange, our customer service have a right to refuse.
