What wigs can be exchanged?
ONLY eligible wigs (Including no lace cut, no damage, unwashed, no hair cut, no hair dye, etc) can be exchange/returned.If you want to exchange/return, please contact us in 7 days once receiving goods, which means your return/ exchange request is gladly received.
How to exchange the wig?
The wig with intact lace can be returned, and CSR need to check whether the wig is complete. To help you return the wig, please email us [email protected] and follow CSR's guide, or we are not responsible for any loss!
1. Customers can enjoy one time free exchange(Return postage is on buyer). Any price difference of the exchange wig should be paid by customers.
2. 10% handling fee for the 2nd exchange. 15% handling fee for the 3rd exchange. More than 3 times’ exchange request is not accepted.
3. Products must be returned to us within 7 days from the day it was authorized for an exchange. After 7 days we will assume that the product is satisfactory and no exchange is necessary.
*For those self-return or self-exchange, our customer service have a right to refuse.
